Yes, we happily accept walk-ins at Salon 10! While appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred time and stylist, our team does our best to accommodate walk-in guests whenever availability allows. Feel free to stop by—we’d love to take care of you!


No. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.


All deposits are non-refundable. Clients are permitted to reschedule their appointments; however, cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur a fee of 50% to 100% of the total service cost. Please note that all charges associated with late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule their appointments either online or by calling the salon, if changes are made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you do not reschedule within this 24-hour window, you will be required to honor your original appointment or forfeit your deposit. Additionally, clients are permitted to reschedule their appointment up to two times before losing their deposit.


Salon 10 LLC does offer gift cards. All Salon 10 LLC gift cards, including physical and electronic (e-gift) cards, are non-refundable and non-returnable. All gift card sales are final. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or refunds, except where required by Tennessee law. Gift cards are redeemable only for eligible salon services and/or retail products as specified at the time of purchase. Gift cards intended for salon services may not be used for retail purchases unless expressly stated, and retail gift cards may not be used for salon services. Salon 10 LLC and Ten Karats Virgin Hair LLC operate as two separate and independent businesses, even though they may share the same physical location.


Gift cards purchased from Salon 10 LLC are valid only for salon services and may not be used for Ten Karats

 Terms Of Service 

Welcome to Salon 10 LLC. We strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.  Appointment Booking

-  All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in-person. A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment.

2.  Client Information and Responsibilities

-  All clients must provide valid and accurate information for their profiles. Clients must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivity, or health conditions prior to receiving services. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client fails to disclose such information. If the correct information is not provided, and an appointment has been made, the client will forfeit their deposit.

-  Clients are required to have a photo taken for our client profiles. Please note that we do not post client profile photos on any social platforms.

3.  Client Waiver Agreement Forms

-  To ensure a smooth and timely experience for all clients, we encourage you to sign and complete all waivers prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so may result in delays to your scheduled appointment and could necessitate a rescheduling if the completion of the waiver takes an excessive amount of time. 

4.  Changes To Services

-  To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that you book all desired services in advance or contact the salon to confirm the appropriate services for your appointment. If the incorrect service is booked or if you decline to receive the services you initially scheduled, please be aware that you may forfeit your deposit, as you will be responsible for the time reserved for your appointment. Additionally, our stylists may not have the flexibility to accommodate extended service times due to subsequent appointments.

5.  Rescheduling Policy

-  Clients may reschedule their appointments either online or by calling the salon, if changes are made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you do not reschedule within this 24-hour window, you will be required to honor your original appointment or forfeit your deposit. Additionally, clients are permitted to reschedule their appointment up to two times before losing their deposit.

6.  Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Clients are permitted to reschedule their appointments; however, cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. 7.  No-Show Policy

-  First no-show: Warning issued and loss of 50% deposit.

-  Second no-show: Responsible for 100% of the service cost.

-  Third no-show: You will be blocked from our booking system and unable to book services at Salon 10.

8.  Arrival Time

-  Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling. If you are 15 minutes or later for your appointment, we will consider this a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited unless we can accommodate the service with possible changes, such as a different service provider or not being able to complete some parts of the service. You will need to agree to these changes. 30 minutes or more we will not be able to accommodate the appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited. We must take into consideration those guests who are scheduled after you and are on time.

9.  Child and Guest Policy

-  Children must be at least 5 years old to receive services and must be accompanied by an adult, who is requested to wait in the designated waiting area. 

-  No children or additional guests are allowed unless they are receiving services.

10. Hair Extensions

-  Salon 10 LLC is not responsible for the quality or performance of hair extensions purchased inside or outside the company. We do not provide reimbursements if the extensions do not achieve the desired style.

11. Redo Policy

-  For any service redo’s, complaints must be submitted via telephone and by email within 48 hours. The redo must be completed with the same service provider within one week of the original appointment to avoid additional charges.

12. Product Returns

-  Products purchased from Salon 10 LLC, may be exchanged within 5 days if unopened and in original condition. Opened products may be exchanged if defective.

13. Payment Terms

-  Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. A 3% surcharge applies to payments made with major credit cards.

-  All transactions must be conducted through the salon register. Exchanging money directly with employees for services is not permitted.

14. Gratuities

-  Gratuities are appreciated and can be given at your discretion.

15. Soliciting and Employment Policies

-  Solicitation is prohibited on Salon 10 premises. Poaching or requesting services from Salon 10 employees outside of the salon is forbidden. Violators will be banned.

16. General Conduct

-  We expect all clients to conduct themselves respectfully while on salon premises. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the refusal of service.

17. Liability Waiver

-  Clients acknowledge that they are participating in salon services at their own risk. Salon 10 LLC is not liable for any injuries, damage incurred, lost or theft of property while on premises.

18. Changes to Policy

-  We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

SALON 10 LLC requires a 50% booking deposit at the time you schedule your appointment. This is a non-refundable transaction. Please call the salon 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to change, or reschedule your appointment. There will be no refunds granted. The deposit will be applied to a future visit if the change is made prior to the 24-hour time period. If not, the deposit is forfeited. Please note, if you decide to cancel your appointment and not reschedule, your depoist will be forfeited. You may reschedule your appointment 2 times before forfeiting your deposit.

If you are 15 minutes or later for your appointment, we will consider this a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited unless we have the ability to accommodate the service with possible changes, such as a different service provider or not being able to complete some parts of the service. You will need to agree to these changes. 30 minutes or more we will not be able to accommodate the appointment and the deposit will be forfeited. We have to take into consideration those guests who are scheduled after you and are on time.

Please do not bring extra people with you at this time.

Please make arrangements for childcare during the time of your appointment unless the child is being rendered services. This should be a time for you as well as other guests to enjoy your services.  Not complying with this will result in the loss of your appointment and deposit.

Booking & No-Show Policy for Gift Card Appointments

Salon 10 LLC requires a 50% booking deposit at the time an appointment is scheduled, including appointments booked using a gift card. This deposit is non-refundable.


Clients must contact the salon at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to change or reschedule.


If the appointment is changed or rescheduled within the required 24-hour notice, the deposit will be applied toward a future visit.

If proper notice is not given, the deposit will be forfeited.

Clients may reschedule an appointment up to two (2) times before the deposit is forfeited.


Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to comply with this policy may result in a deduction from the gift card balance or forfeiture of the booking deposit.


Gift cards may not be applied toward gratuities unless expressly stated.


Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards will not be replaced or reimbursed. Salon 10 LLC is not responsible for gift cards once issued or delivered.


Expiration

All gift cards issued by Salon 10 LLC are valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any remaining balance after this period will be void and no longer redeemable.


By purchasing or using a gift card, the purchaser and cardholder agree to this policy, all Salon 10 LLC terms, and the laws of the State of Tennessee.
